About Sean

I grew up in Los Alamitos, and I attended Los Alamitos High School.
I was introduced to college admissions at a young age because of my older sister, and my mother helped prepare the game plans. With their diligence, my sister was accepted to all her schools WITH scholarship, except one. My mother carried her knowledge into my decisions making process.

During my application process, I looked at schools all across the country, along with schools recruiting me for lacrosse. I was accepted to eight out of ten schools, with scholarship. I was only denied from Univ. of Texas - Austin, and I was waitlisted at Univ. of Washington.

I attended Sonoma State University, where I graduated in 2022, with degrees in Communications and Environmental Studies. I ultimately decided on Sonoma State because of its location, natural scenery, and I wanted to continue playing lacrosse at a high level. Outside of the classroom, I was member of Men’s Lacrosse and Surfrider Sonoma State. I also was a tour guide for the university as well.

After graduation, I served as the initial and primary Southern California recruiter for Sonoma State, covering territories from San Luis Obispo to San Diego Counties.

I currently reside in El Segundo, where I continue my passion for coaching lacrosse at El Segundo High and El Segundo Youth. I also am a freelance sports reporter for the562.org, in Long Beach.
